Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Reporting directly to the GM Recovery Services, the Manager of Strategic Sourcing will oversee a variety of spend categories within transportation/logistics, mobile equipment operations, network services, and IT hardware. In this role, you will partner with others on the operations team to focus on reducing spend and supply risk throughout the supply chain. You will use a high level of strategic and analytical thinking, project management, and organizational skills as you drive projects from start through completion; you will also use your excellent communication skills as you work with a variety of teammates across Agility Recovery as well as a large selection of vendors. Additionally, you will partner with Sales Enablement group to support customer solutions quotes.
In this role, you will:

• Lead all aspects of the sourcing process from end to end, including RFIs/RFPs, bid analysis, supplier negotiation, and contracting
• Manage overall supplier relationships including supplier performance (KPIs), capability development, cost and quality improvements for key suppliers
• Perform spend analysis and develop a sourcing roadmap focused on cost savings, risk reduction, process improvement, and new opportunities
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis, research, industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices
• Identify and document supplier risk items and develops mitigation strategies
• Work independently to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing role that included competitive bidding, negotiations, vendor and contract management, business case development, financial analysis

• Experience in a rapidly growing and/or rapidly changing environment

• Ability to lead negotiations in a fact-based, firm, yet friendly manner in a way that maximizes economic value to Agility Recovery yet builds long-term supplier relationships
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the a bility to analyze complex data and provide useful, clear information and recommendations

• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Capacity to have flexibility to support declare events off normal business hours on occasion or on demand

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Purchasing
• Previous experience within the Construction Equipment and/or Information Technology Industry
• Negotiation Certification
