Job Description
Good strategy is more important than ever. We are seeking a Senior Strategist to join us in driving Taylor’s business model forward via a deep understanding of category & consumer landscapes, generating insights, and translating those into a plan of action.

Responsibilities:
- Lead social strategy development, execution, and publishing QA across multiple social AOR clients including the creation of the always-on organic and paid social content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Serve as main client point of contact for all comms pertaining to brand social and day-to-day strategy needs
- Demonstrate ability to understand and weave together complex campaign ecosystems to build a cohesive brand narrative and optimized distribution plan
- Own content strategy development for monthly & quarterly content calendars, lead creative briefs and partner with creative via brainstorms and throughout the development of assets to ensure that work remains on strategy
- Conduct complex research and analysis to maintain a deep understanding of the client’s ecosystem and situational context; distill research into clear and inspiring actionable insights, demonstrate ability to connect to “the why” behind metrics
- Actively listen for client problems/needs (even when not explicitly stated) and look for opportunities to develop incremental ideas
- Proactively leverage internal and 3rd party resources to participate in crafting an omnichannel communications strategy
- Inform program KPI's and manage work development to monitor and optimize performance and report results
Communication & Storytelling
- Write, present, and communicate in a polished, articulate, and persuasive manner across all mediums, internally and externally
- Listen well, building and maintaining relationships internally and externally through respect, responsiveness, and open dialogue
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the agency's business model, structure, and offerings and how they come together in service of a client partner's business needs
- Effectively manage internal and client communications, including selling in strategic plans, setting appropriate expectations, and responding to questions or concerns
- Lead meetings and deliver formal presentations (client and internal)
- Contribute positively to Taylor's brand presence by engaging in social channels, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and other content and communications
People Management
- May guide and oversee the work of junior team members on specific client accounts and/or projects, delegating well and providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure their work meets agency and client performance standards
- Give appropriate recognition and actively works to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrate diversity of thought, and recognizes others who do the same
- May participate in interviewing and selecting junior talent for the agency
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience
- Experience leading consumer brands social media management and strategy
- Digital native with strong familiarity and experience with all social platforms
- Alcoholic beverage brand experience a plus
- Paid social strategy and execution experience a plus
