Company Description

EWI Worldwide has been bringing brands to life since 1979 — creating Award Winning, Industry recognized, engaging in-person brand experiences that win new customers and reinforce brand loyalty. We support all phases of the experiential marketing journey — from creative ideation to interactive engagements, to dreaming up wild immersive environments, from creative ideas to installing finished executions at events and retailers around the world.

We take a relationship-first approach to business — with our clients, partners, and employees. Four decades in, that approach is winning. This is proven by the number of employees that are lifers, and our work continues to win awards and our first-ever client is still a client today — a testament to our ability to develop and maintain relationships that stand the test of time. We are honored to work closely with some of the most respected brands in the world, such as Amazon, Dana, Ford, Kia, Puma, Subaru, and T-Mobile.

EWI is a privately owned business headquartered in Detroit (Dearborn, MI). We also have operations and full-time staff in Milwaukee, Winston-Salem, Hamburg, and Shanghai. For more information, visit ewiworldwide.com.

Job Description

EWI Worldwide values strategic thinkers – those who can recognize pain points, uncover opportunities to create value and work with stakeholders to realize solutions. We are looking for a Senior Strategist to join the EWI team. This individual will work as an extension of our award-winning creative team to deliver solutions for current and future clients.

About You:

You connect things.

You connect insights with actionable solutions. Data points with brand opportunities. Disparate signals into a clear path forward.

You lead.

You inspire, guide, and advocate for the right user experience – for the brand, for the business, for the humans.

You work high and low.

You can think about brand strategy at a high level (and create a clear, succinct project brief), but you’re pragmatic enough to also think about day-to-day, real-world details.

You push thoughts.

You ask questions that lead to better experiences, and you’re not scared to push for the bravest ideas when they make good business sense.

You’re a person of action.

You’re not interested in stewing in your ideas — you want to turn ideas into real-world experiences that win hearts and minds of the target audience.
