You are an experienced senior strategist who thrives on decoding the intricacies of human motivation and behaviors to drive growth in digital products, services, and engagement platforms. Your expertise lies in leveraging the power of growth marketing to transform brands into digital powerhouses. With a sharp nose for differentiating between vanity and meaningful metrics, you have the ability to transform numbers into vivid insights and creative ideas that communicate a brand’s purpose, inspiring and captivating audiences in innovative ways. You are an adept, thoughtful communicator and dot-connector across different service teams and clients and have the ability to inspire and motivate across functions. 


What You'll Do

  • Be the team expert on platform and cultural trends, translating shifts in behaviors and the broader industry into larger creative opportunities
  • Have a global perspective on social media with sharp instincts for how users in different parts of the world think about and engage with social in unique ways
  • Move fluently through media plans, campaign management platforms, and Google Analytics with an eye for identifying performance trends
  • Act as the strategic liaison between the growth marketing and ad creative teams – ensuring critical insights generated from within each team is interpreted and translated to the other with the goal of creating a sharp, open feedback loop that boosts success from end to end
  • Clearly understand and strategically guide the media plan (set by the growth marketing team) so as to ensure ad creative is concepted and produced to channel and is campaign-right
  • Coach and strategically guide our creative team into clearly understanding performance trends and ensuring there are clear plans and guidelines in place for improving creative performance over time
  • Develop and champion A/B and multivariate testing strategies with the aim of untangling and understanding what performs best within which placements for which audience type
  • Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate on core marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPI, etc) as it pertains to creative performance

Pay Range

  • The expected pay range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
