Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in developing and implementing the strategy for paid acquisition channels to drive revenue for B2B companies. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop the strategy for cross-channel campaigns that meet or exceed the client's targets. Campaigns could include paid channels, organic channels, nurture streams, ABM, and content strategy.
  • Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
  • Own the overall retention, success, and performance of client accounts.
  • Sell new project ideas that align with customer and brand goals
  • Collaborate with clients to gather data, insights and business knowledge to develop the overall demand generation strategy. Maintain an understanding of client's Industry and customer needs.
  • Identify and communicate optimizations for the overall strategy and marketing plan.
  • Develop and establish a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
  • Develop & present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and other reporting for the client leadership team.
  • Develop, implement a project roadmap, and collaborate with the internal team to execute the plan- bringing the strategy to life.
  • Own the success of the performance against the KPIs and benchmarks, and the client's growth.
  • Establish strong working relationships with the internal and client team. Train team members by coaching and identifying areas for growth • Provides direct and feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakes
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing the performance reports in partnership with the implementation team/analyst.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the client team.
  • Provide ongoing industry best practices and strategic recommendations, and insights to drive incremental growth.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of account, marketing, or demand gen leadership experience
  • B2B experience required including in depth knowledge of sales funnel stages
  • Experience managing performance against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
  • Experience in a client-facing role with day-to-day client communication
  • Experience with driving results with multichannel marketing strategy. (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Owned)
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights, recommendations, optimizations
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Proven proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment.
  • Project or program management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives, always keeping key stakeholders in the loop while managing scope.
  • Ability to adapt in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing projects, defining milestones or KPIs. Driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.
