Senior Strategist - Pharma Media

What you’ll do:

Spring & Bond, a digital media agency specializing in pharmaceutical and medical device marketing, is seeking a Senior Strategist to join our remote-first team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client projects, managing strategic deliverables, and providing valuable insights to drive successful marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute strategic deliverables for clients, ensuring timely completion

• Manage Asana processes for strategy deliverables, including POVs, case studies, and various research projects

• Collaborate with Client Services team to develop strategic foundations for media plans and tactical frameworks

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to determine and plan measurement strategy for campaigns, helping the client reporting to relay campaign results in a compelling story aligned with overall business goals

• Review and analyze client reporting to suggest campaign optimizations

• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and audience research to support client needs

• Assist in workshop development and planning as needed

• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and written communications

Your experience:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Proficiency in syndicated competitive and research tools

• Experience in developing POVs, market/audience/competitive research, and social listening

• Deep understanding of analytics reporting and media campaign measurement

• Excellent presentation and written communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams

• Detail-oriented with a focus on timely task completion
