ABOUT THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
- Lead and deliver strategic workshops with client executive teams. Â
- Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
- Provide strategy and recommendations for multichannel marketing to drive demand.Â
- Collaborate with clients to gather data, insights and business knowledge to develop the overall demand generation strategy.
- Providing ongoing industry best practices and strategic recommendations, and insights to drive incremental growth. Â
- Identify and communicate optimizations for the overall strategy and marketing plan.
- Develop and establish a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.Â
- Develop & present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and other reporting for the client leadership team.Â
- Develop, implement a project roadmap, and collaborate with the internal team to execute the plan- bringing the strategy to life.Â
- Own the success of the performance against the KPIs and benchmarks, and the client’s growth.Â
- Establish strong working relationships with the internal and client team.Â
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing the performance reports in partnership with the implementation team/analyst.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the client team.Â

Requirements
Â
- 5+ years of demand gen leadership, sales or marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience with a variety of marketing automation, sales, and CRM tools; Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment.
- Project or program management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives, always keeping key stakeholders in the loop while managing scope.Â
- Ability to adapt in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing projects, defining milestones or KPIs. Driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.
- Strong Business Acumen- able to make clear business cases for proposed solutions.Â
- Experience with driving results with multichannel marketing strategy. (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Owned)
- Experience executing on ABM go to market strategy is a plus. Â
- Experience in the technology/software industry or agency experience is a plus.
- An excellent communicator – you enjoy working with internal partners to solve problems with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accountability – Strong ownership, follow-up and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously and experience in collaborating cross-functionally.
- Innovative & Action-oriented – Ability to identify areas of improvement, then propose and execute necessary changes/optimizations.
