Senior Strategy and Insights Analyst

Exiger’s Global BI function is seeking a Senior Strategy and Insights Analyst for cross functional strategy and analytics projects.  This position will collaborate across the organization and will be responsible for analyzing data and creating actionable insights. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to drive strategy and insights to support the company's goals.  We are looking for someone who can operate independently, lead cross functional strategic efforts, and provide in-depth analysis with little direction.  This position is highly-visible to executive leadership and requires the right-mindset to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets from multiple internal sources to inform company strategy and planning
• Serve as a strategic partner in data, analytics, and insights for the whole organization
• Work with leaders across the organization to define and align on key metrics and reporting
• Use strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills along with data-driven approach to decision-making to influence internal partners and processes
• Analyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data analytics tools to automated data delivery and develop insights and recommendations
• Automate key data load and report automation processes
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets using Excel and other data analytics tools
• Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sisense
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS Go-To-Market operation and strategy is a plus
• Software automation experience using Python or R is a plus

Professional Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or an MBA/Master's degree and 1 year of experience
• Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization is a plus
• Experience with Excel and other data analytics tools to create actionable insight for stakeholders

This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
