Senior Supply Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Data Analysis and Project Management: Analyze data on a variety of projects important to the business and customers.
• Business Collaboration and Connections: You will regularly connect with sourcing, materials purchasing, production planning, and logistics teams. Your analyses and recommendations will influence business leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Drive Transformative Process Excellence: Develop, document, and maintain common processes performed.
• Systems and Tool Support: Support supply management software's and systems becoming subject matter expert.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an analytical role supporting Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and being self-driven.
• Interpersonal skills to operate effectively at all levels within the organization and with suppliers.
• Ability to proactively use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, focus on problem solving.
• Excellent ability to communicate written and verbally across different levels of the organization
• Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
