The Senior Supply Chain Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the supply chain and operations areas to evolve the toolset and data availability.

This position belongs to the Microbiology Operating Company nested within Beckman Coulter, located onsite in West Sacramento. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Global Operations team and report to the Staff Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics. If you thrive in a fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class supply chain organization-read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of tools and datasets as well as the extraction of relevant data from
  • Oracle utilizing Power BI dashboards and excel reports
  • Proactively identify and anticipate the needs of internal customers including but not limited to market research, competitive intelligence, analyses, and reporting
  • Identify significant patterns, analyze them, and then integrate and communicate them via data visualization and reporting techniques
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to drive operational performance

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience OR Master's degree in field with 5+ years' experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 2+ years' experience.
  • Experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Knowledge of high-level programming languages such as Python, SQL, VBA and
  • experience with data modeling using SAS or other similar software

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle OBI and EBS systems experience
  • Power BI experience
  • Worked in a Regulated Product environment

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $82,000-$95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
