Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description
The Role:
You will be tasked with identifying, analyzing, and mitigating losses within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and profitability. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of supply chain processes, as well as strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:

• Loss Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data to uncover loss patterns and root causes. Produce and share detailed reports with cross-functional teams to recommend loss reduction strategies.
• SCL Reduction Routines: Organize weekly meetings with stakeholders to establish and track mitigation actions for SCL reduction, ensuring accountability and providing progress updates. Coordinate donation efforts across ANZ with partners.
• Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders in supply, demand, logistics, procurement, revenue management, and sales to address loss causes and enhance processes to reduce SLOB.
• Financial Reporting: Contribute to monthly closing activities with the Supply Chain Finance team to accurately reflect provision changes and write-offs, and refine SCL forecasting methods to better predict future losses.

Skills:

• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for loss identification and reduction.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and hold self and team accountable.
• Experience with JDE/BPCS/Blue Yonder/JDA preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (CSCP, CTSC, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Background in supply chain management or loss prevention, ideally in FMCG or products with short shelf life.
• Experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of finance processes.
