Your role at Baxter

The Senior Supply Chain, Data Analyst will support advance analytics needed in various parts of our integrated supply chain (ISC) transformation strategy. Owns the Transportation Management System (TMS) solution design and will drive global alignment in TMS processes. This position acts as the liaison between the business end users and systems development teams for the Global Transportation Management program. The Senior Analyst identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirement gathering sessions and defines scope and objectives. Will also translate requirements into application requirements and offer recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through various tools and systems.

What you'll be doing

• Interacting with business intelligence IT teams to design robust data sources and utilizations (Salesforce, e-solution, JDE, EDH).
• Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for TMS considering such things as information flow, configuration setup for systems, volume, ad hoc reporting, analysis and document format.
• Evaluates new TMS applications and manages evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or improvements. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
• Responsible for the design and development of global supply chain key indicators and Dashboards with an emphasis on automation with minimal manual processing.
• Proactively provides insight and solutions from the data and analyzes trends to support regional/strategic decision making and assist in the management of strategic goals at multiple geographic levels.
• Responsible for the design and development of e-Solutions utilization tracking dashboards, working with Global Customer Experience, Commercial and Supply Chain leads.
• Leads and appropriately prioritizes multiple requests from various Partners within the organization.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum 3 years of relatable experience.
• Solid understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server is important.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, DAS8, Salesforce.com SOQL, Python is preferred.
• Good understanding of Salesforce.com, JDE, WMS, Snowflake is helpful.
• Ability and desire to learn new technical tools and software available at Baxter.
• Understanding of the application development / configuration process.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
• Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work within a team setting.
• Strong problem solving and analytical techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to produce results with minimal direction.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary range of $60,000 to $132,000 and also includes an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
