Senior Supply Chain IT Analyst (Bilingual English/Korean)

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Senior Supply Chain IT Analyst on the HA SCM IT & Process Integration Team!

Summary

The Senior Supply Chain IT Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring SCM process and systems to drive process conformance, problem solving and improvement. This position leads SCM system and process improvement tasks with coworking cross-functional teams and is responsible for managing and developing various KPIs and metrics and providing reporting to all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Summarize on-going SCM operation status/issues from supply chain management meeting and escalate internal communication with responsible department/management
• Plan and implement supply chain process/system improvement projects
• Manage project progress and provide routine weekly reporting to leadership team
• Maintain and manage SCM system master data/setting and control procedures
• Lead and conduct projects/tasks as project manager for internal system implements
• Co-work with HQ for global system implement tasks
• Periodically report development progress/status to HA SCM team leader and BU leader
• Implement or initiate report format of SCM KPI/status reports in order to use by HA SCM teams
• Analyze data from the supply chain to identify issue and opportunities for supply chain and operations improvement through root cause analysis
• Continually strives to look for process improvement and innovation and implementation of supply chain best practices.
• Provide and publish SCM progress/status/KPI reports to top management and cross-functional teams
• Manages and coordinates HA SCM team budget process; reviews, analyzes and execute the department budget plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of work experience in supply chain management
• Prefer 2 years of experience as an analyst
• Strong relationship builder
• Outstanding communications skills
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Bilingual (English/Korean) written and verbal
