We are looking for a Senior Support Administrator (Senior CPR Associate) to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Senior Support Administrator (Senior CPR Associate) you will support continuous improvement through process and system discovery for Enrollment processes within our system. Centralizing auditing and training processes will create capacity for other team members to process versus troubleshooting. The role will continue to support processing for a limited enrollment portfolio to remain knowledgeable about the process while completing all audits to consolidate training needs and provide consistency to the process by reporting findings to Team Lead to create actionable training initiatives.

A Day in the Life
  • Auditing enrollment changes and partnering with Team Lead on training and coaching initiatives from findings. Support process documentation
  • Processing enrollment requests; correcting enrollment errors
  • Attain and utilize procedural and technical expertise to streamline processes and support long term enhancements
  • Team Specialized Reporting (SPIN/ Postgres, Mismatch, prebill review, etc.), research support to other Associates
  • Inter/ Intradepartmental Project execution and support, including onboarding training


Requirements
  • BS/BA degree preferred in business or related field (or equivalent business experience)
  • 2-3 years business experience
  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in our Hopkins or Sparks, MD office
  • Continuous Improvement mindset; curiosity
  • Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work
  • Ability to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Comfortability with documenting and delivering training materials
  • Highly organized
  • Six Sigma Certification (White/ Yellow) is an asset
