To develop and manage the Oracle Support relationship with a designated large account, or small number of medium accounts, throughout the engagement and to maximize the customers' use of Support Services, drive high degree of satisfaction and referenceability, and to protect and enhance Support revenue streams.
Represent the customer as a single point of contact within Oracle. Manage the contract, or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS). Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties. Plan and deploy Support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints. Advise the account on the effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces and procedures. Assure and improve the quality of the service, and maintain accurate account information. Assist in the renewal of Support contracts, and contribute to pre-sales activities. Communicate opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

Job Description
As a Senior Support Integration Architect, you will be accountable for the transition of clients to and from Application Management Services. You will achieve business objectives by cultivating external client relationships, collaborating with client, third-party, and internal teams to execute all necessary steps to successfully transition to AMS services Additionally, you will ensure clients are educated on best practices, their systems are configured as required for service transition, and client preparedness is complete. You will work using a variety of technology applications and tools .
Responsibilities
- Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability
- Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy
- Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate
- Analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies
- Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility
- Contribute to internal team value and improvements
- Mentor and develop new associates
Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- Experience with Cerner applications
- At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Expectations
- Willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as needed
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $46.11 to $92.31 per hour; from $95,900 to $192,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $43.56 to $83.08 per hour; from $90,600 to $172,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $43.56 to $87.69 per hour; from $90,600 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $48.70 to $87.69 per hour; from $101,300 to $182,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
