Senior Support Service Engineer - (HYBRID to Miami or FT. Lauderdale)

Beckman is hiring a Senior Technical Support Service Engineer to collaborate with Global Service delivering product support for Life Science systems providing escalation management, training field specialists, and instructors in support of new product launches.
*****This role is based on site in Miami, FL*****
International and domestic travel is required approximately 25%.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer escalation of product related technical system issues
- Develop expert level knowledge of existing systems from hardware perspective and acquire applications knowledge to aid in problem diagnosis.
- Provide recommendations to develop creative and effective support strategies including service manuals and creation of procedures for new products and product updates
- Serve as service advocate for projects; train field specialists and customer instructors; provide guidance and mentoring to associates of junior levels
- Input to design and test methods for verification of all service procedures
- Actively engage in the Early Response Team process for product introductions
- Ensuring all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are in compliance with agency standards such as: ISO, GMP, and FDA
Key Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in biomedical, mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering, or closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a biotechnology organization or closely related environment.

- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven record of achievement
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to continuous process improvement
- Priority Management Skills under minimal supervision, able to prioritize multiple deliverables while completing all assigned tasks on time
- Understands and executes business strategy while respecting compliance and procedures for IVD products
- Works collaboratively with different teams and communicates effectively with Quality, Manufacturing and R&D
Expected results:
- Accept escalations within 4 business hours and contain red level escalations within 5 days.
- New product deliverables complete to plan
- Highest level of Internal and External Customer satisfaction
