You are an experienced technical generalist, with a history of supporting high-growth environments and comfortable being the go-to contact for everything technical support.You’re excited for the next challenge, love to learn new tech, have a passion in supporting your team members to be as productive as possible in their day to day roles.
As Supergoop!'s Sr. IT Support Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for all the systems, services, and processes we use in daily operations. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you’ll be the sous chef supporting IT initiatives and have direct input into the growth and direction of all things Technology Operations. You’re excited for the next challenge, love to learn new tech, have a passion in supporting your team members to be as productive as possible in their day to day roles.
Responsibilities:Â
- Be the go to contact to triage and tackle team-member technical needs
- Be a teacher and trainer for the technology we use and implement
- Provide support for all corporate software and services
- Monitor processes, maintain routines, test technologies, as well as create, write and maintain our knowledge base with standard-issue resolutions
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle (on/off-boarding) which includes account provisioning/de-provisioning, IT equipment configuration/reset, desk setup, and access controls management
- Maintain network infrastructure and security
- Act as a resource for best practices regarding data security and application usage
Qualifications/Experience:
- 4+ years of technical support or related enterprise help desk experience
- Sr. IT Support Specialist 1
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Windows & macOS operating system and hardware administrative support
- Experience within identity management systems (i.e. OneLogin, Okta) as well as enterprise Google Workspace administration
- General fluency with hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and support
- Maintain a fundamental understanding of network and application administration, including installations, upgrades, best practices & techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (i.e. GAM, Zapier, Okta Workflows)
- Proven self-starter with an ability to work alone or in groups
- Proficiency with Mobile Device Management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune)
- Amazing ability to communicate effectively as the IT resource
- Experience with IT asset management systems
- Experience with cloud-managed infrastructure solutions like Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and AWS
- Knowledge of ITIL or other prioritization and communication strategies
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
