Senior System Administrator

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Systems Administratorto join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. As a Senior Systems Administrator with Resource Innovations, you will provide infrastructure support for the Chandler, AZ office, specifically, the software development group in our Chandler facility. In addition, you will play a key role in affecting roadmap changes within our Corporate IT department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform multiple different migrations of both hardware and software platforms (On prem and Cloud).
• Responsible for day-to-day management of individual client systems and up-time monitoring.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring to identify and resolve problems rapidly.
• Maintain system updates/security patches as needed and roll out major upgrades when possible.
• Regular use of Source Code Control when developing playbooks and scripts for internal use.
• Manage provisioning of new physical and virtual servers for both internal and client use.
• Resolve issue escalations from customer support staff for web hosting and email stacks.
• Responsible for the regular development of scripts to automate or simplify recurring tasks when possible.
• Managed updates and diagnostic work of in house desktop systems for support staff.
• Assist in emergency recovery from sudden catastrophic power failure of facility.
• On-call rotation in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Linux System Admin experience
• 2+ years of Networking Administration experience
• 2+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience
• 5+ years of Hardware Management experience
• Good Oral/Written communication.
