Senior System Analyst - SAP Basis

Role Summary: The Systems Analyst will ensure safe and effective operation of our SAP system and will manage, and monitor changes, manage incidents, compliancy to relevant policies.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure operation of all SAP systems (multiple SAP instances, complex SAP S4 and ECC landscape, (DEV/QA/PROD))
- Manage incidents of the respective SAP instances, ensure and monitor rapid and correct processing of IT tickets and tickets from the hosting partner. Ensure good service to users and SLA compliance
- Monitoring and control of all relevant system parameters, update control, database monitoring, performance check, health check, interface check for IDoc, RFC, SMTP.
- Supervising SAP Security, transport changes between SAP systems via Solution Manager.
- Provision of evaluations and support internal and external (SOX) audits.
- Planning, execution and coordination of SAP patches, release changes, system copies and OS patching together with our hosting partner.
- Contact person in all relevant areas of SAP Instance Management and consultant to find solutions and solve problems
- Work closely with other Flowserve IT teams and 3rd party support and hosting partners.
- Planning and execution of ERP Governance call to discuss and approve changes for SAP Legacy and S4 Landscape.
- Maintain application and database versions at the most recent version possible
- Manage and supervise system documentation, CMDB records
- Support enterprise-wide project implementations
- Ensure full compliance with applicable policies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in complex SAP S4, ECC, BW4HANA environment
- SAP Portal Management including SAP Note implementation, system openings for remote access by SAP and S-User Management
- Experience in Solution Manager, GTS and APO system as well as SAP MII desirable
- Experience in Ariba, MDG desirable
- Must be able to proactively manage and resolve issues in cooperation with several inhouse teams and multiple 3rd party partners
- Must be highly organized, have attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time
- Has the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
- BE in Engineering/Computer science/IT related and 5-7 years relevant experience
