Senior System Architect-Remote

• Team member will work with teams of truly talented individuals and be responsible for design, build and testing (using automation scripts but not limited to unit/integration/performance testing) of Product Enrollment Suite. The candidate will be responsible for design the systems of the Product Enrollment Suite with a range of cutting edge technologies that interface with various enterprise systems.
  Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with business, gather requirements, analyze, design, develop and maintain software to meet the business need
• Design reusable components/system that align with strategies
• Design new capability of Product Enrollment Suite
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous issues
• Able to drive design approach various scrum teams
• Required Experience / Qualifications:
• Experienced as a System Architect for 5+ years preferred, and the ability to create strategic solutions
• Experience in Agile development and architecture/delivery.
• Experienced in diverse technology stacks including Mainframe, AWS or OpenShift Cloud
• Experience in common computing platforms, legacy and modern development tools and languages, database management systems, enterprise application integration (middleware) technologies ,and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Ability to successfully work within multiple requirements, design, and development approaches and methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.)
• Ability to speak in non-technical terms and explain technical concepts in plain terms
• Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance
• Participate in technical research and analysis and make recommendations on potential solutions to meet business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; balancing strategic alignment with technology roadmaps and emerging industry trends with practical delivery considerations and constraint
• Experience in Influential, focused, and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
• Results-oriented and diligent with a sense of urgency
• Ability to identify and implement required actions quickly in order to accomplish goals, eliminate roadblocks, and create focus

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 125,500 - 209,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
