Senior Systems Administrator

We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior system administrators on infrastructure, software, and security best practices.
• Design, deploy, automate, and test infrastructure, security, and software rollout/enhancements.
• Maintainenance and support of existing infrastructure and software.

• Empathize with, build trust, and collaborate across the organization (Support, Product, Development, DevOps, Executives, etc.)
• Clear impediments and participate in building a hands-on, collaborative, self-starter culture

Requirements

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Detail oriented with deep analytical, problem-solving and design/architecture skills
• Expert in Windows Server Environment (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc)
• Expert building, maintaining, and optimizing virtual environments (VMware Vcenter / ESXI Hosts)
• Strong working knowledge with the following tools/platforms:

• Cloud: Azure (Infrastructure, Apps, Microsoft 365, InTune, Autopilot, Teams, etc)

• Automation: Powershell
• Networking: Layer 2 & 3 switching, Bind DNS
• OS: Linux, Mac OS X
• Web: Apache2, NGINX
• DB: MySQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDB

• Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty

Salary Range: $100,000+ annually based on experience

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.
