Role Snapshot
System Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and applying maintenance to IBM for DB2 for z/OS at a system level. Administer and maintain z/OS TCP/IP networks. Participate in annual Disaster Recovery. Administer and maintain SI2 security patching.
In this role you will:
- Ensure that all database security guidelines are met and documented working with Mainview and Vanguard compliance.
- Interact with project stakeholders from different business lines to ensure quality deliverables.
- Complete effective technical writing of policies, procedures, standards, and recommendations.
- Keep current with new technologies, concepts, and innovations within the industry.
- Collaborate with vendor and consulting partners.

Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience.
- 1 or more years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 or more years of related work experience working in a technical systems administration role.
- 2 plus years of WPS Health Solutions systems knowledge and experience.
- System programmer - DB2/networking/SI2
- Security for mainframe systems
- Disaster Recovery
Salary Range
$100,000 ~ 125,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
This role is open to remote work for this opportunity in the following approved states:

Remote Worker Requirements
For remote position, employee is required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated work station, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network, and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
