Meriplex is looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Analyst to join our strong-growing organization focusing on our acquisition strategy. This role will oversee and maintain all aspects of the Meriplex computer infrastructure. Meriplex cultivates a collaborative culture, and as the Sr. Systems Analyst, you partner with and work across all departments of the organization to improve the management and execution of our business processes.

• Engage directly with customers to ensure that all aspects of computer systems are operating efficiently, including installations and upgrades. Remember, at Meriplex, we strive to provide excellent customer service.
• Assess and manage network security programs and identify best fit for the customer needs. Remember, always try to go the extra mile to meet the customer’s needs.
• Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot the Cloud Environment, including installations, customizations, and reports.
• Maintain an updated Server, SAN, VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Networking Security environment for customers. This is how you become the best subject matter expert!
• Thoroughly document all issues to alleviate chronic escalations. Set your team up for success. Nobody likes to be left in the dark.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, visual, and written communication skills for communications to technical and non-technical staff & customers. Your patience under high pressure situations will payoff here.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. This is how you become the best subject matter expert!

Let’s work together to succeed together! A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following technical applications is a good start:

Software platform

• Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Azure
• Office365
• VMware / ESXi / vCenter
• Microsoft Hyper-V

Networking platforms:

• Fortinet
• Physical Servers, Storage Area Networks Configuration and Maintenance
• Network Infrastructure Services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic understanding of VLAN/switching/routing

Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the ability to have a flexible schedule due to work volume and deadlines. This position will require on-site for Meriplex clients, when not on-site it is expected to assist other divisions in the Dallas market.
