Senior Systems Analyst - Blue Yonder WMS

Job Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst - Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) will lead service delivery for the administration and development of Conagra's Blue Yonder WMS platform. You will be responsible for providing oversight and delivery of complex projects, enhancements, and service requests. You will work closely with functional leaders, business and technical solution architects, organizational units, and subject matter experts across IT and Supply Chain to identify and deploy new business capabilities utilizing the Blue Yonder platform.

You Will (position responsibilities):

• Ownership of Blue Yonder WMS technical service delivery; execute day-to-day configuration, secondary level support, system maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of the platform
• Participate in Continuous Delivery as part of a Product Agile Team to deliver a continuous flow of capabilities and valuable solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Support analysis/design/development/testing/implementation of Blue Yonder WMS initiatives; examples such as LWES warehouse tasking, Automated Guided Vehicle integration, and WMS integrations/implementations
• Oversee offshore incident management/production support team that has accountability for researching, debugging, monitoring, and analysis of system issues
• Support offshore support team with escalated or critical incident resolution
• Support integrations and data feeds with other systems and support teams
• Oversee regular internal system audits and entitlements compliance
• Lead preparation for technical releases/patches including review of upcoming changes, regression and UAT testing, and consulting on communications to end users
• Lead testing automation design, execution, and upkeep to support tech releases and other regression testing needs
• Provide thought leadership for Blue Yonder WMS current and future capabilities in alignment with business needs and opportunities
• Partner with solution architects to design and implement integrated systems that solve technical and business problems
• Model, recommend, and present creative solutions while collaborating with and guiding other IT employees
• Communicate effectively with IT teams, business partners, and leadership alike
• Ensure strict adherence to all security and process procedures especially around sensitive data
• Remain current on industry specific technologies and new trends

You Have (position qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degree

• 5+ years' experience in Information Technology or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience as a Blue Yonder WMS IT administrator
• In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS
• Experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (preferred)
• Strong data management abilities including design of integrations with other business systems and external technology vendors (SAP ECC or S/4, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.)
• Documented experience and success implementing more than three large-scale IT solutions
• Ability to translate technical concepts to leadership and business concepts to technical resources
• Experience working with systems integrators, external vendors, and IT outsourcers
• Experience with Continuous Delivery and/or Agile methodologies (preferred)
• Desire to mentor less experienced team members and develop their skills
• Self-starter with ability to work in matrixed and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually
