Senior Systems Analyst - SAP OTC

Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Sr. Systems Analyst to join our IS Department. You will be responsible for supporting Epson's Sales Operation business function covering SAP Order to Cash areas.

This position is 100% remote.

Principal Accountabilities

• Providing support services for the Sale Operation team relating to Core SAP OTC process areas.
• Supporting Incident and Service request mgmt. with Business for issues and improvements
• Implementation of Order to Cash Projects for new capabilities, new business or process models
• Order to Cash Integration coverage for Projects impacting sales (with other Functional Teams)
• Partner with Technical Teams on Technical Development areas
• Ongoing SAP upgrades support and assessing new capabilities to propose digital solutions to the Business
• Project management in areas of ownership
• Engaged in compliance and controls activities in areas of ownership
• Engaged in the upcoming transition to SAP S4

Systems Development/Management

Contributes to the success of each project by:

• Meeting project objectives within specified time frame parameters and defined requirements.
• Gathering and organizing business/user requirements.
• Participating in the production of an approved project plan by drafting detailed task schedules for review by the project leader/management.
• Participating in/performing application functional design and review.
• Creates functional documentation for IS and business needs and assists in creating technical documentation.
• Developing and conducting system/unit test plans.
• Actively participating in user acceptance test planning and execution.
• Participating in development of implementation schedules within IS and with business operations.
• Participating in system implementation planning and execution (including user training sessions and associated documentation).
• Communicating task status/issues to IS management and project leaders.
• Ensuring that project success criteria are met.

Performs day-to-day maintenance of production software systems:

• Actively evaluates and resolves daily business problems by performing independent analysis.
• Participates in on-call rotation supporting production systems and user trouble reports.
• Develops functional documentation for IS and business needs; prepares for and conducts business training sessions as required.
• Participates in Disaster Recovery testing to help ensure business continuance.
• Keeps current with technology trends and their impact to the organization.
• Learns new technologies to be added to the toolkit e.g. PowerBI, project management systems, etc.

What you will bring:

• 5-8 years of SAP experience in Order to Cash area
• Completion of undergraduate program or equivalent experience
• 1 year of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Sales
• Overview of GTS Compliance Management and Customs Management for exports.
• Experience with SAP OTC interfacing with Sales Force system.
• Must have hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Order to Cash system

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $113,559 and $151,378. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
