Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a technical team in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on skillsets and capabilities.
• System Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive models and life cycles for internally developed applications, contributing to the organization's IT infrastructure and application strategy.
• Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to lead IT projects, including requirement gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Technology Integration: Provide expert direction in discussions regarding support environments and present viable technical solutions for complex IT challenges.
• Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)

• Extensive experience in multi-tiered client-server environments, web technologies, and networking.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, infrastructure platforms, and relational database systems.
• Proficiency in various programming and scripting languages, including Perl, Shell, and Python.
• Expertise in ActiveMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ for messaging.
• Strong web development skills using SocketIO, JavaScript, Flask, and JSON.
• Proven track record with monitoring and logging platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Loki.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
