What You Will Do:

Our Lead Systems Engineer will:

• Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing systems architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management, as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
• Develop comprehensive SOA solutions.
• Develop operational view, technical standards view and system services view for architectures using applicable DOD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) standards.

What You Will Need:

• A CURRENT and ACIVE TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph; MUST upgrade polygraph to a FULL SCOPE (FS) polygraph
• TWELVE (12) years of experience in systems engineering
• A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Information Systems will account for FOUR (4) years and a Master's Degree will account for an addition TWO (2) years
• Additional certifications may account for time as well
• At least THREE (3) years experience as a Systems Engineer Lead, leading, managing and collaborating with a broad range of organizations, groups and teams

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Cyber Security Certification (i.e. Sec+, CISSP, CEH etc.) and or DAIWIA Level 3 SPRD&E- any specialty
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-160
• Familiarity with INCOSE defined lifecycle systems engineering process
• Experience with or knowledge of large-scale DOD Systems, particularly DOD Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) systems
