Senior Systems Engineer. Troy, MI. Create and maintain Systems Engineering Management Plan. Partition workload and manage systems team deliverables. Elicit and manage customer requirements. Analyze and compile requirements feedback. Negotiate closure of all RAR items. Create and maintain systems mechanization and requirements. Conduct architectural design reviews. Lead feature/function implementation prioritization and timing with software project manager. Develop systems bench and vehicle verification procedures. Lead closure of verification incident reports. Requires Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering and two years of experience designing and developing automotive control algorithms, creating high-level automotive software requirements, performing benchmark analysis, capturing and refining customer requirements, conducting Failure Mode & Effect Analysis, developing and executing design verification/validation plans, CANalyzer, INCA, DOORS, and Polarion.
