Senior Systems Engineer
Job Description
- Senior Systems Engineer will provide analysis of current infrastructure and recommends upgrades and changes for future growth
- Analyze network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.
- Play an essential role in Risk Analysis and Risk Management
- Senior Systems Engineer will configure, debug, and support multiple infrastructure platforms including but not limited to storage, L2 and L3 networking, security, and hypervisors
- Install, configure, upgrade various storage platforms: HP Nimble, TrueNas, and QNaps
- Senior Systems Engineer will configure, debug, and support Microsoft O365 platform, including Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Lead in the research of new technology solution
- Senior Systems Engineer will perform high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science or related field
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of four years related experience is required working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems
- 5+ years' experience required in Microsoft Windows 2016 Active Directory
- Proficient at virtualization platforms such as VMware, Xen, and KVM is required
- Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, login scripts are required
- 5+ years' experience working with Linux, AWS Cloud or other cloud-based technologies, and Linux OS is preferred
- Knowledge of various Open-Source platforms is preferred
- Experience with various authentication platform, MFA, SSO is preferred
