Job Description
We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer with experience and expertise in the MuleSoft platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between various SaaS providers, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and others. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across our organization's applications and platforms.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect different SaaS providers, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and other third-party systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and business stakeholders, to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain integrations by configuring MuleSoft connectors, APIs, and custom components to facilitate data synchronization, real-time updates, and system interactions.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of the overall solution.
- Monitor and support integration processes in production environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data mappings, and integration workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in integration technologies, specifically focusing on MuleSoft, to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Some projects you could work on:
- Support an Order to Cash overhaul by designing and building integrations between Salesforce, Stripe, Snowflake, Figma, and NetSuite.
- Bring our NetSuite environment to a public company standard by leveraging workflows and scripts to build customized controls, approval flows, and segregation of duties.
- Assist in the identification of the right IPaaS partner and onboard that vendor that will be your primary tool for integration projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Integration Engineer, with a strong focus on MuleSoft development and integration projects.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including MuleSoft CloudHub, API Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between SaaS providers, such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and other popular CRM, ERP, or HR systems.
- Proficient in working with MuleSoft connectors, transformations, and message routing techniques.
- Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, and web services (SOAP, XML, JSON).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive in keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
