Position Overview

Spry Methods is on the search for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and deployment of scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance system capabilities.
• Execute system life-cycle processes including requirements analysis, logical and physical architecture definition, software design, code, and test for the development of automated system testing capabilities.
• Proficient with ServiceNow or similar tool(s).
• Experience configuring network infrastructure, Linux servers, and Windows servers.
• Hands-on experience in the use of a scripting language, such as Groovy, Java, JSON, or Python.
• Understanding and experience with API integration or development.
• Experience with developing or customizing data workflows, data catalogs, and/or metamodels based on customer and system requirements
