Your Impact
- Build and monitor our cloud-native IT infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and mitigate weaknesses in our systems.
- Streamline user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer core IT tools including IDP, Google Workspace, MDM, JAMF, and security tools.
- Automate tasks through scripts and workflows.
- Provide escalation support for IT issues, both in-person and remotely.
- Troubleshoot A/V and network issues.
We're looking for someone who
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of system administration experience with SaaS tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient with CLI tools and scripting languages (Shell, Python, Terraform).
- Advanced knowledge of OS X, MDM, endpoint security, system logging, computer networking, and identity access management systems.
- Familiarity with Git and public cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
- Experience in enterprise security and SaaS product security.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or HIPAA.
- Led large projects from start to finish.
- Proven track record demonstrating strong teamwork while excelling in individual tasks.
- Previous experience in a fast paced startup environment.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and independently resolve issues.
- Skilled at troubleshooting employee issues and providing self-help resources,

Salary range
Salary Range: $155,000 to $190,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
