Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Systems Engineer - Sensor Integrator to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support development and coordination of the overarching JEMINI program schedule; support review and coordination of the contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Coordinate with mission partners regarding external scope of work and schedule to support joint space or multi-domain command and control (C2) objectives, to include schedule for hardware / software upgrades, system accreditations, test events, fielding decisions, etc.
  • Coordinate and track cyber accreditation packages related to sensor integration.
  • Track/facilitate Government Furnished Equipment (GFX), identify appropriate Action Officers, obtain status updates, and provide consolidated status to the team and JEMINI Program Manager.
  • Support review and coordination of infrastructure requirements and Bill of Materials (BOM), to include review and tracking of hardware and software procurements and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate across team members (Systems Engineering, Test, etc.) to ensure internal and external scope of efforts are aligned and identify any associated risks.
  • Coordinate support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems.
  • Review Contracts documentation (SOW, Tech Evaluations, etc.), as required.
  • Review program requirements which may include System and Element level specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICD) with a focus on external sensors.
  • Support review of requirements verification and validation plans and results with a focus on sensors.
  • Coordinate requirements for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors.
  • Support development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Operations Procedures.
  • Support development and coordination of fielding plans and briefings.
  • Support JEMINI program Engineering Review Boards (ERB) / Integration Configuration Control Boards (ICCB).
  • Interface with SE Lead regarding sensor requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • BS in a technical/scientific (STEM) field
  • Experience in DoD programs
  • Experience working on classified and special access programs
  • Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant DoD, MDA and/or Industry work experience with SAP
  • 10+ and/or SCI
  • Understanding of the Missile Defense System (MDS) Familiarity with MS Project Familiarity with Cybersecurity/Accreditation processes and/or documentation
  • Self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work well with other team members, members of the Senior Executive Service and senior military officers
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external organizations to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to solve complex problems and track detailed information individually or as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests

Salary Range:

$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
