Senior Systems Integration Engineer

- Coordinate key requirements with subsystem design teams
- Capture and promote Design-for-Test best practices
- Design integration tests, including required hardware, software, lab equipment, and procedures
- Work with subsystem teams to characterize and resolve integration / operational issues
- Work with lab equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, function generators, VNAs, RF signal generators, DAQs, etc.) to characterize hardware, including possibly writing software to automate measurements and data analysis
- Work side-by-side with test engineers and technicians to knowledge-transfer new test procedures and debug issues
- Contribute to Qualification and Acceptance Test Planning and Verification, from component levels, to subsystem and system levels, including RF Chamber testing and Field testing
- Design system-level final check-out procedures
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years experience, including system/product level integration & test experience
- US Citizen (future security clearance may be required)
- Good written and oral communication skills; not afraid to speak up, either to ask for help or disagree on a technical point that warrants more discussion
- Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization
- Eager to learn and to help others on the team
- Organized; comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Focused on rapidly delivering customer value
- Familiarity with RF systems (e.g. radar, comms, EW, etc.), preferably including phased arrays
- Familiarity with environmental requirements and verification (shock/vibe, humidity, temperature, dust/sand, etc.)
- Familiarity with Requirements and Verification Management tools, and Manufacturing Execution System tools
- Familiarity with electrical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.)
- Familiarity with scripting languages (preferably Python and/or MATLAB)
