Responsibilites

• Responsible for managing and handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organisation needs
• Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
• Create attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidates
• Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
• Creating and propose the salary package and resposible for offering until negotiate to the candidate until closing
• Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submisson
• Responsible of all recruitment administration
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
• Min. 5 years experience as recruiter for handling various level especially senior level
• Having exposure and understanding of logistics and startup industry is preferably
• Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation
• Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
• Preferably experience for hiring in Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
• Fluent in english is a must
