CLA is recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition advisor to join our Consulting and Accounting Solutions Team (CAST)! The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor supports overall CAST branding and talent acquisition efforts to maintain suitable workforce levels and pipeline levels for the line of business. Working with the Talent Acquisition Director, the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will engage in activities to promote the CAST consulting positions, working to attract potential applicants, participating in the interviewing and selection process, and recording activity in CRM or other systems. They will also attend conference and networking events on behalf of the firm.

Job Functions

• Interview prospective applicants to effectively screen for competencies required for CLA/CAST client serving employees.
• Represent CAST at selected networking events to increase brand awareness and to attract applicants.
• Understand and adhere to diversity hiring standards. Promote and support CLA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within all talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Three years of experience recruiting in a corporate or staffing setting. Experience recruiting for public accounting or professional service roles preferred. A combination of corporate and agency recruiting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
