Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Description
Voyager’s Human Resources team is growing and we are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the Voyager team! You will drive full cycle recruiting activities for multiple departments and partner with our business leaders to develop robust recruiting strategies in order to attract the very best and brightest talent Globally. The ideal candidate will embody our corporate values of Passion / Pioneering / Integrity / Collaboration every day.Â
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to understand and define requirements for open positions.
- Partner with Voyager’s business leaders to enhance current recruitment efforts, create robust sourcing and recruiting strategies, and facilitate the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
- Take ownership and drive the end-to-end process from job creation and sourcing through to offer development and negotiation.
- Augment creative sourcing strategies using a broad selection of social media sourcing channels, technologies, and networking platforms to identify top talent.
- Partner with HR team members on the transition from candidate to employee to ensure compliance with documentation and work authorization.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives related to employment branding, candidate experience and process improvement.
- Act as an employment brand ambassador and assist in the design and delivery of Voyager’s creative recruiting messaging and employee value proposition.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners/vendors for specialized staffing needs, including vendor selection, contract review, and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required, including 1+ years in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or related life sciences field.
- A proven track record of success in a high growth company environment(s) is required.
- Demonstrated success facilitating and leading cutting-edge recruiting capabilities, developing candidate pipelines, and supporting long-range plans to advance capabilities in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing is highly preferred.
- Decisive and action oriented; strong strategic thinking and organization skills to link sourcing strategies with multi-faceted talent and pipeline needs
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, particularly in building alignment across multiple business units and with senior leaders.
- The ideal candidate will stay informed of industry trends and be adept at using analytics to articulate recommendations and to influence decision-making.
- Experience in proactive sourcing through multiple social channels and networking forums
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude is required.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and related applications a must
- Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) highly preferred.
