Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator within our HR division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Peachtree Corner office. In this role, you will responsible for providing general administrative support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including receptionist. Additional responsibility will include managing internal communications. You will report directly to TAP Director and regularly collaborate with Human Resource Department.
How We Work
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Peachtree Corner office (3 days in office/ 2days WFH)
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- 25% Projects, 10% Compliance, 15% Processing and Offers and 50% managing AdminImprove and update Process/ SOP
- Overseeing members of the coordinating department
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Prepare new hire employee folders; maintain all employee filing including verification of I-9 documentation and applicable audit processes.
- Assist with new hire orientations and training.
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail. Coordinate pick-up/delivery of express mail services (i.e. FedEx, UPS)
- Support updates to the intranet site and assist with delivering human resource policies, procedures and company communications
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of administrative experience in the human resource area.
- Managing a team
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws.
- Ability to work without direction and take initiative.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Must be able to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Able to organize and prioritize tasks with willingness to flex in support of the timelines, and deliverables of team members.
- College degree is preferred.
