Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
- Design, maintain, and optimize recruiting dashboards and reporting systems to track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and team performance.
- Manage recruitment data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all stages of the hiring funnel.
- Leverage data insights and HR analytics to identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates while developing strong talent pipelines across multiple roles and seniority levels.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Support screening and pre-qualification processes, ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows and processes in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and quality of hire.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, covering both technical and non-technical roles in fast-paced or corporate environments.
- Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and levels of seniority in distributed or global organizations.
- Strong experience with recruitment analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience building and maintaining recruiting dashboards and managing ATS or HR data systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Exposure to digital marketing or technical recruiting environments is a plus.
