Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Sightline Payments is seeking a high energy, passionate, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner that is creative, dynamic, and has experience in hiring top tier talent.

• Successfully execute the full lifecycle recruiting process across a variety of business units, with a focus on technical and niche roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business strategies into relevant talent strategies, developing a solid understanding of the business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively consulting with business leaders on short and long-term hiring goals, increasing diverse candidate pipelines, and developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that deliver results.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Reports to the Chief Administrative Office and works in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partner to ensure market competitive position for the local geography is in alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy.
• Keep a pulse on the market, evolution of trends and best practices. Build and develop business cases for change as needed.
• Ensure legal compliance for all recruiting initiatives and related programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of prior recruitment/staffing experience
• Recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech-enables companies, with experience in driving innovative talent acquisition strategies

• Data-driven and possess the ability to influence across functions, geographies, and levels, and the ability to work with various stakeholders and teams to drive alignment and collaboration required
• Strong recruiting compliance knowledge and understanding of regulatory landscape.

• Experience in global recruiting
• Proficient in interpreting data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
