As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Equifax, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts across various departments, including opportunities within sales, technology, product, and marketing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding exceptional talent who align with our culture and values.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and proactive methods to ensure a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, extending offers, and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Equifax, representing our values and culture to candidates and external partners.

What experience you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sales, technology, product, and/or marketing roles.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and candidate assessment.
• Previous experience with sales incentive compensation plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
