About The Role:
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to final onboarding
- Work closely with senior executives and high-profile individuals to make strategic decisions and shape the future of the organization
- Provide invaluable insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies as a trusted partner to the CEOs
- Think outside the box and challenge hiring managers to think differently about their recruitment needs
- Push boundaries to attract the best talent and devise innovative sourcing strategies
- Create amazing recruitment experiences that showcase the company's culture and values
- Ensure that every candidate feels valued and respected throughout the process
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of working with executives
- Proven track record of managing complexity and leading successful recruitment efforts in fast-paced environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with senior executives and high-profile individuals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey our company's culture and values to potential candidates
- Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions to drive projects forward
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- High level of adaptability and resilience
- Fluent English, both Verbal and written- A must
