Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales
Job Description
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of our growing fast paced agile Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting, identifying, and developing top tier sales candidates with high potential to contribute meaningfully to Cambria's success.
In this role you will focus on full life cycle recruitment for our Sales teams and collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies. You will be a key advisor to hiring managers on best practices for assessing and interviewing candidates, while maintaining strong connections in the community and staying informed of local and national talent trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Serves as primary talent partner for all Sales channels within Cambria• Partner closely with diverse Sales hiring teams to effectively develop innovative and successful hiring strategies, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs• Creates talent acquisition strategies for active and passive sales candidate recruiting• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees• Manage and provide direction to Talent Acquisition Scout • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates• Recommends placement of candidates for a variety of positions from internal and external resources• Communicates hiring strategy with corresponding sales managers to ensure efficient on-boarding of new employees• Coordinate and assist in College recruiting initiatives• Oversees applicant tracking workflow, screens resumes, conducts interviews and facility tours• Help drive process optimization on the Talent Acquisition team, and contribute to cross-functional projects and programs• Develops benchmarks for tracking recruiting metrics and employee retention to measure recruitment efficiencies • Maintains accurate ATS data; support periodic audit and reporting processes to ensure complete and timely data collection for candidates and recruitment activity• Creates and administers training related to talent acquisition including interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience full life cycle recruiting for B2B and B2C Sales teams• Experience using cloud-based Applicant Tracking Systems, including sourcing and recruitment, applicant disposition, reporting, configuration, and compliance management• Basic understanding of federal and state labor laws related to hiring, including ADA and EEO requirements and AAP requirements dictated by the OFCCP• Possess a passion for Talent Acquisition• Delivers Results - rigorously drives self and others to achieve high levels of individual and organization performance• Excellent time-management and organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgement in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience: 5-7 years of full life cycle recruiting in B2B & B2C Sales
Systems: Google suite, Kronos WFR ATS, LinkedIn
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: One direct report
Travel Requirements: Position requires local travel between Cambria locations, career fairs, employment events, and includes some overnight stays
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds for recruiting and career fair events
