Your Role:
- Act as a talent adviser to our hiring managers, providing sound rational to hiring process and decision making. Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to keep informed of the external talent landscape.
- Manage and execute full-life cycle recruiting processes across all engineering functions in Bangalore.
- Develop trustworthy, strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, providing advice and guidance through the full talent acquisition process. Actively seek to understand business needs, hiring plans and provide advice on market trends to help drive decision making.
- Develop and drive online and offline sourcing plans to identify talent from both internal and external candidate sources including employee referrals, social recruiting, networking and partnering with supplier partners for niche positions.
- Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of the full recruitment process to ensure a superior candidate experience.
- Manage candidate data and understand how this translates into smarter sourcing & a better candidate experience. Effectively manage and leverage our Workday system and ensure the candidate journey is one which engages and respects both applicants, interviewees and employees.
- Partner with Reward and HR Business Partners to understand the compensation structure and develop offers in line with that structure. Liaise with local HR and Hiring Managers to facilitate a robust onboarding experience for all new employees
- Keep abreast of industry trends and implement new and innovative ideas to aid automation and efficiency. Keep fully up to date with the latest recruitment tools and technologies & actively network in the talent acquisition community to share and build knowledge
- Stay informed of legislation (GDPR), recruiting trends and innovative recruiting, onboarding and training techniques.
Your Background
- 9-15 years Talent Acquisition experience in Corporate environment, preferably in automotive Industry .
- A strong appetite to learn about the latest trends in talent acquisition, the latest tools, employer branding and analytics.
- A driven self-starter, with excellent relationship management skills, a strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change.
- You should have a customer experience mindset, with an engaging character and the ability to turn passive candidates into eager applicants.
- Must be responsive and focused on the quality of hire, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet internal client needs.
- A passion for social media, systems and marketing is important.
