Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Turkish Speaking

Due to continue growth, we are looking for an experienced Turkish speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA clinical hiring team. You will be a subject matter expert and responsible for hiring the best talent within assigned clinical business units across key EMEA locations.

• Source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Write job postings to post and advertise positions in various media, utilise direct sourcing channels, review applications from internal and referrals and conduct interviews to obtain information to identify candidates and effectively pipeline. Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance with diversity hiring goals

• Keep abreast of market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns

• With guidance, discuss and establish staffing objectives with functional business leaders and executive management and ensure they are achieved

• Assist with managing projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance

• Provide guidance and direction to more junior members of the staffing team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience as a Recruiter/TA Specialist in EMEA (handling requisitions from multiple countries) – ideally within clinical environment

• Experienced in passive sourcing techniques and proven experience of hiring in passive markets

• Sound knowledge of EMEA recruitment legislation

• Good influencing skills and understanding of the commercial environment and market trends

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and stakeholders in a global matrix environment

• Fluent English and Turkish speaking language requirements required
