As Senior Talent Attraction Analyst, your mission will be finding and attracting the best talents to be part of the construction of our Big Dream.

You will also be responsible for:

• Align with the BP's and managers of the areas of all EBANX’s offices the hiring needs;
• Perform curriculum screening and technical-behavioral interviews;
• Making recommendations of candidates to managers;
• Be up to date on EBANX's organizational architecture, compensation and best practices;
• Be an ambassador for EBANX and our #ebanxlife.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience with hunting, technical-behavioral interviews, drafting opinions;
• Agility, critical posture, willingness to make things happen;
• Training in any area - worth the experience
