This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing US Talent team, working directly with our Head of Talent, Founders and VPs to help us hire for our GTM teams: Sales, Marketing & Customer Success.
We’re very intentional about who we hire, how we hire them, and how we make incident.io a place people love to work. Things are going really well, and we plan to grow quickly over the next 12 months, but we want to build a high performing and diverse team, not just a large one!
What you’ll be doing:- Gaining a deep understanding of what exceptional candidates look like for us, so you can start to identify them.
- Sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates via a variety of platforms and avenues.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to fill various non-tech focused roles, across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Designing a seamless candidate experience and interview process, to ensure candidates walk away with a great impression, regardless of the outcome.
- Executing on a range of projects to strengthen our Talent team, for example: employer branding, interview training and DE&I.
- Have proven experience working as a Senior Talent Partner in a startup-like environment, sourcing and hiring exceptional people for non-technical positions.
- Are comfortable with a team that is growing fast, where priorities change frequently and challenges often require flexibility, compromise and creative solutions.
- Are passionate about using creative and innovative techniques to source and engage the best talent on the market to build a diverse and inclusive team.
- Are highly organised and able to juggle multiple ongoing work streams, projects and conversations at once. You’re very comfortable organising and prioritising your own time.
- Can take a data driven approach to hiring and understand what metrics are important measures of success.
- Enjoy the unique challenges presented by a role in an early stage company and are happy to roll your sleeves up and stretch yourself to work on things outside of your day to day responsibilities to support the wider team.
The salary for this position is determined by several job-related factors, such as experience, relevant skills, training, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $110,000 -$130,000. This position will also offer equity options.
