Some of the responsibilities inlude:

• Work alongside the Talent Lead to drive talent acqusition for our commercial teams including sales, marketing & customer success

• Have worked or working in a high growth startup or scale up

• Work with hiring managers on interview process & best practice

• Sourcing, screening and managing candidates from initial approach to hire

• Reviewing processes to continuously improve candidate experience & reduce time to hire, whilst raising the bar

Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting for commercial roles in a tech focused environment

• Self starter - someone who is happy to manage their own day and knows whats needed to deliver

• A curious, scientific mind and a passion for tech

• Trend setter: staying abreast of new trends and hot topics, and knowing how to jump on these for our work

• Proactive: thinking outside the box, solutions focused, dynamic, resourceful and strong sense of initiative

• Reliable: strive to deliver quality work and on time

• Responsible: able to set your own goals and to help achieve common goals within the team
