Position Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Tax Accountantto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, reviewing complex returns, and mentoring staff β all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
β’ Conduct tax research and stay up to date on federal and state tax regulations.
β’ Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
β’ Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and reviewing their work.
β’ Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
β’ Communicate directly with clients, providing exceptional service and proactive advice.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or related field; Masterβs in Taxation a plus.
β’ Active CPA license preferred.
β’ Minimum 3β5 years of recent public accounting tax experience.
β’ Strong technical knowledge in federal and state taxation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
β’ Experience reviewing complex returns and managing multiple engagements.
β’ Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Compensation:
Salary range:$90,000 β $110,000(commensurate with experience)
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support.
