Position Overview: We are seeking an experiencedSenior Tax Accountantto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, reviewing complex returns, and mentoring staff — all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. • Conduct tax research and stay up to date on federal and state tax regulations. • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and reviewing their work. • Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities. • Communicate directly with clients, providing exceptional service and proactive advice. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation a plus. • Active CPA license preferred. • Minimum 3–5 years of recent public accounting tax experience. • Strong technical knowledge in federal and state taxation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. • Experience reviewing complex returns and managing multiple engagements. • Proficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, ProSystem fx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Compensation: Salary range:$90,000 – $110,000(commensurate with experience) Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support.
