Senior Tax Manager

Evergreen Sterling Kuder is a rapidly expanding tax consulting and compliance firm located on the east side of Lake Washington in the Seattle Washington area. We provide innovative companies and high net worth individuals with specialized accounting, consulting, and tax compliance services. We deliver quality tax solutions to closely held companies, not-for-profit organizations, professional athletes, and high net worth individuals. Duties include providing both leadership and supervision of firm managers and personnel. Overseeing the calculation and analysis of tax strategies and tax compliance for clients; developing relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities; and keeping firm personnel up to date on current tax practices. Qualifications: · Certified Public Accountant · Master of Taxation preferred · Minimum 10 years of continuous tax compliance experience · Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience · Experience in personal, corporate, partnership and trust taxation · Strong communication skills · Experience in tax compliance for highnet worth individuals and companies. This position includes an excellent opportunity for transitioning into an equity position in the short-term.
